Forearm Stretch Instructions:
ย Step 1: Left Arm Stretch
1. Extend Your Arm:
ย ย ย - Extend your left arm straight in front of you at shoulder height, with your palm facing up and your fingers pointing down towards the floor.
2. Apply the Stretch:
ย ย ย - Use your right hand to gently press the fingers of your left hand towards your body. You should feel a stretch along the underside of your left forearm.
3. Maintain Posture:
ย ย ย - Stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and your back straight. Keep your arm fully extended and hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
ย Step 2: Right Arm Stretch

2. Apply the Stretch:
