I have gained about 20 percent in muscle mass thanks to the eccentric mode and the frequency of use because I don't travel to the gym anymore. If I think of a certain exercise I walk into the gym and do it. That leads to another workout session. I love the ease of changing routines and the safety modes. I no longer have to carry 60 lb. dumbells to the bench. Great machine

It says it should fit up to a 40 inch waist, but there's no way this fits anyone larger than maybe 28 inches. Unless I'm missing some sort of adjustability feature and in that case the instructions are lacking.

The belt is good quality, it is really small though. Wish there was a larger option. To be fair, I could stand to lose some weight, but I can easily fit into any other large weight belt. Had to buy a strip of Velcro to make it useable.
