What is the maximum load and if the machine uses an electric engine？
The maximum load is up to 220 lbs/100 kgs now and yes, we use an electric engine with 2 motors.
Is it cable or bands or some kind of fly wheel?
We use cable（High strength polyethylene fiber thread).
How is the resistance accomplished?
We use motors to provide resistance（electromagnetic force).
It resistance both way, concentric and eccentric?
Yes.
What are the different heights the locking mechanism can go to?
Gym Monster has 10 different heights of the locking mechanism, including 306mm, 456mm, 606mm, 756mm, 906mm, 1056mm, 1206mm, 1356mm, 1506mm, 1656mm.
Can you do overhead presses with this?
Yes! You can do overhead presses by moving the pulley assemblies to the pedal.
Can you do back squat with this or only front squat?
Yes! You can do both back squat and front squat.
What safety features are available if you overload your squat?
Out patented Spotter Mode will automatically lower the resistance when you might have reached your limit or overload yourself during work-outs.
*Remember to turn it on before training. And if you lost the grasp of the handle/bar during work-outs with the weight-on, the machine will automatically turn off the weight.
What is the minimum resistance that is supported by the machine?
Our motor's total weight range is 8-220 lbs. Therefore, you can only operate within this weight range in any mode. For example, in eccentric mode, the concentric phase weight cannot be less than 8 lbs, and the eccentric phase weight cannot exceed 50% of the concentric phase weight.
How have you ensured the longevity of the pivot points?
We use 304 stainless steel and bearings of sufficient strength, plus durability tests show that there is no damage to the folding structure.
What kind of metal and finishing is the frame made of?
The support arm is made of 304 stainless steel + wear-resistant paint, while the sliding part we use engineering plastic with a small coefficient of friction as the medium.
Is the 100 kg total resistance?
The total resistance is 220lbs ( 100KG ). 50KG per arm.
Does it have negative resistance?
It also has negative resistance, because it also has weight when it retracts, this means you need to use force against it as well.
How long is the lifespan of GYM MONSTER?
The motor is designed to have a service life of 10,000 hours, and you use it for 2 hours a day, so that will last for 13 years.
What is the maximum weight limit that the product can withstand?
About the Pal, it is 150KG=330.69pounds.
About the flat bench and incline bench, it is 200KG=440.92pounds.
About the pad of Monster, it is 250KG=551.15pounds.
The size of 21’ screen?
The size of 21’ screen, the diagonal length of display area is 55cm, 53.34cm = 21 inches, that's why we said it as 21’ screen.
Why is the monster shaking when doing the workout?
Please be sure to fix the pedal lock well before doing any reps. This is very important!
Software
How many modes of resistance?
We have different modes : 1 (SPOTTER) + 4 (STANDARD、CHAINS、ECCENTRIC、CONSTANT）;
SPOTTER : Spotters help you finish your last few reps when your muscles are fatigued, which is much harder to do when training by yourself.
STANDARD : The digital weight provided is constant;
CHAINS : You can simulate the feeling of real chains, getting the benefits at the touch of a single button;
ECCENTRIC : Adds more resistance when your muscles are at their strongest to work your muscles harder in every rep;
CONSTANT : Maintain a balance of tension and contraction forces，used in strength tests and rehabilitation training;
How the machine is armed to provide feedback on form and provide posture corrections?
Speediance's accessories are equipped with a gyroscope. Together with the motor, it can determine the speed, distance, position and other data of the action during training, and detect and prompt you to correct your movements.
How can I trust your AI to protect someone with chronic health conditions?
We will collect data of many categories (including gender, age, health status) to continuously train our AI. Currently, we have cooperated with the PROGRESS ONE organization of Duke University, and a PhD in rehabilitation medicine gave us guidance and advice. We will also cooperate with more organizations to continuously enrich our rehabilitation training in the future.
Can I change the kilograms to pounds ?
Yes, in addition to [pounds] units, we also have [Kg] units, you can change the units in settings.
Can I use voice control?
We left a MIC for receiving voice control, which is not supported by the software at present, and it will be upgraded in the future.
Can I connect the Bluetooth speaker with Gym Monster? What Bluetooth version is supported by the device?
Yes, we support Bluetooth connectivity. However, currently, it only supports our Bluetooth accessories like the Bluetooth ring, and not Bluetooth speakers.
Is it going to be a full-body evaluation when working out for the first time with Speediance by guiding the user through several exercises (checking the strength, range of motion etc.)?
Yes, at the first time you using Speediance, we will guide you to do different exercises, conduct a whole body strength assessment, and recommend suitable weights for subsequent courses and exercises.
Can Speediance determine weight for user based on his/her personal strength score?
Yes, after you complete the strength assessment, Speediance can automatically set the appropriate weight for each movement.
Can it provide strength analysis and personalized reports?
Yes, we can provide a data analysis report for each training session, and use big data to guide strength growth training.
Is there a switch to turn on a voice indicating the count of each rep?
Yes, there will be a counting sound, and you can choose to turn the sound of the device on or off.
Will the system be updated? How would they be updated?
The system will be updated frequently and new features will be constantly added . One-click upgrades are automatically pushed to your device.
Will workouts play without internet?
Online courses are unavailable without the internet.
Can I customize my workouts?
Yes, you can set and add the training content, number of groups, times, etc.

Package & Shipping
Can it be taken apart so it can be easily moved? How heavy is the heaviest part?
The product cannot be disassembled, but there are 2 wheels on the back side of the bottom, which can push the product for easy movement. The weight of the product is 85kg, and you can put it on a trolley and move it at home.
Note:That wheel we have can only be used for moving on a flat surface, not for carrying up and down stairs.
Does the unit ship fully assembled? What is the approximate size and weight of each of the packages?
The host machine does not need to be assembled, but the fitness bench and rowing bench need a simple screw work. The package measurement is 2380mm*800mm*480mm.
