The rowing bench is solid, well made and has very good weight to it. The seat moves and glides nicely. Now it’s not as great the professional ones you see in the gym but it does well.

This is one of the few review posts I have ever made. The Speediance GM2 is awesome! I’ve never had good form or really any idea what I’m doing. With instructors, it makes it super easy to follow along and understand what you’re actually doing. Highly recommend
My husband and I love, love, LOVE our Gym Monster and AeroRow 2! Supremely satisfied! My 87 yr old mom with scoliosis and under doctor's orders to do weight training also uses it and likes the smoothnes and the ability to go at her own pace. That means a lot to me.
