Makes dual handle chest press and other exercises more comfortable not having the cable rubbing on your arms

Not especially intuitive pieces of equipment and the guided workouts don't really explain when to use them. But they are helpful when I've used them-- compared to without... I've sometimes ended up with bruises by my elbows.

IT WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE. FIGURING OUT HOW TO ACCESS WORKOUTS WAS A LITTLE HARDER. ADDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS WOULD BE HELPFUL.

This is truly a gym experience with a way smaller footprint. My husband and I purchased and received the gym monster about a month ago. We use the machine at least (3) times a week. I love how smooth the cables are and enjoy how easy it is to change accessories, while moving from one exercise to another. I have fallen in love with this machine and do not regret this purchase.

Glad that Speediance listens to its customers and added these to their options. If you don’t have a long sleeve shirt on, this definitely helps with the cable rubbing on your arm during certain moves. I use them regularly!
