Who is eligible to purchase Speediance Care?
US residents who purchased an authentic Speediance Gym series device through official or authorized channels, provided the device is still within its original 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
When do benefits start?
Extended Warranty & Free On-Site Repairs: Take effect automatically in Month 25, right after your original 2-year manufacturer's warranty ends.VIP Priority Support, Cable Replacements & Wellness+ Membership: Take effect immediately upon activating your Care plan.
Can the free on-site repair service be used within the first 2 years?
No. The free on-site service benefit can only be used during Months 25–36 (3-Year Plan) or Months 25–48 (4-Year Plan). The first 2 years are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty policy.
Does it cover accidental damage?
No. It continues standard warranty coverage for core hardware and functional defects under normal home use. Drops, liquid spills, unauthorized alterations, and commercial use are excluded.
