1. Pre-order Regions, Quantity Limits and Start Time
The first batch of Gym Monster Ultra pre-orders is available in the United States on a limited-quantity basis: 6 units are available in the United States.
Gym Monster Ultra pre-orders will officially open at the following local time:

United States: August 31, 2026, 9:00 AM EDT.
The pre-order is currently available only through the official brand website; third-party platforms such as Amazon are not participating in this pre-order.
2. Pre-order Model
During the pre-order period, customers may pay US$399 to purchase a Gym Monster Ultra pre-order discount coupon, securing their purchase eligibility. Once payment is successfully completed, a unique discount code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
The US$399 payment is the purchase price of the coupon; the coupon itself has a face value of US$899. Customers apply the discount code when paying the balance to receive an US$899 deduction. Once the coupon has been successfully redeemed, the US$399 coupon purchase price will not be separately deducted from the order total.

United States: MSRP $6,999, less the $899 coupon deduction leaves a balance of $6,100 (coupon purchase $399 + balance $6,100 = total price $6,499).
The pre-order quota for the United States is available on a first-come, first-served basis until the quota is filled.
3. Sold Out
Once the 6-unit quota for the United States is filled, the pre-order entry for the United States on the official website will display “Sold Out,” and customers will no longer be able to place an order to secure pre-order eligibility for the United States.
4. Arrival and Balance Payment Arrangements
Units for the United States are expected to arrive in warehouse in October 2026 (actual arrival dates may be adjusted due to logistics conditions; the latest official notice will govern).
Once units have arrived, based on the actual arrival date for the United States, official notifications will be sent by email to customers who have successfully secured pre-order eligibility, instructing them to check out on the designated page and apply their discount code to complete the balance payment and arrange subsequent shipment.
Customers must apply their discount code and complete the balance payment within the specified time (US$6,100). Once the discount code has been successfully redeemed, the coupon purchase price already paid ($399) will no longer be separately refundable.
Official fulfillment will be arranged within 3 business days of the customer completing the balance payment.
If a customer does not complete the balance payment within the specified time, whether their pre-order eligibility and coupon are retained or cancelled will be subject to the balance payment notification and the official pre-order policy.
5. Price Commitment
The combined price benefit received by Gym Monster Ultra pre-order customers will not be less favorable than the price benefit offered during the Black Friday period.
If Gym Monster Ultra offers gifts, membership benefits or service upgrades during Black Friday, whether pre-order customers will also receive such benefits is subject to the final Black Friday promotion policy.
6. Black Friday Promotion Strategy
As a general principle, Gym Monster Ultra will not participate in direct price reductions during the Black Friday period.
Additional value may instead be offered to customers through gifts, membership benefits, accessory benefits, extended warranties or service upgrades. Specific promotional details will be published on the Black Friday promotion page.
7. Handling of Delayed Delivery
Official fulfillment will be arranged within 3 business days of the customer completing the balance payment (the “committed ship date”). If, due to production capacity, inventory, logistics or other factors beyond control, the actual shipping date is later than the committed ship date, the official team will provide the following compensation based on the length of the delay, calculated from the committed ship date:

Delay of up to 30 days: a complimentary 1-year membership;

Delay of more than 30 days but less than 60 days: a $100 gift card;

Delay of more than 60 days but less than 90 days: a $100 cash refund.
If the delay exceeds 30 days, the official team will also proactively notify the customer and offer the following choices:

Accept a new shipping date provided by the official team and continue to wait for shipment; or
-
Cancel the order and request a full refund.
If the new shipping date provided by the official team also passes without the order being shipped, the official team will notify the customer again and offer the same choices; the customer may exercise the right to cancel and receive a full refund at any time.
The specific method of providing this compensation will be communicated to the customer separately based on the actual delay.
8. Coupon Refund Policy
Before the coupon is redeemed, a customer may request a full refund of the coupon purchase price already paid ($399) at any time. Once a refund request has been submitted, the associated coupon will be cancelled and can no longer be used, and the customer's pre-order eligibility and associated price benefit will be cancelled at the same time.
Once the coupon has been successfully redeemed, the coupon purchase price already paid is no longer separately refundable.
For customers who have completed the balance payment and subsequently request order cancellation or a refund, the request will be handled in accordance with Gym Monster Ultra's formal order refund policy.
9. Additional Terms
This promotion is available only in participating countries, regions and sales channels, and is subject to product and inventory availability.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
