The packing material /engineering was next level. Unpacking was a snap and setup was super easy. It wasn't clear how to increase the volume... I had to google how to raise the volume to even listen to the vids on how to set up and do assessment drills. That was super frustrating. Getting "too slow" on 16bs barbell squat was also super frustrating. It worked on day 2, not sure why I was getting that error. I'd like to see a pause button on videos vs a 15 second delay. It's only been 2 days but I'm very happy I pulled the trigger
Great delivery experience and easy to unbox by myself. Set up was easy and automatically did a system update. Now I get to experiment with settings and equipment! Excited to get back into shape after a year of debilitating cancer treatments!
Gym was delivered on agreed day. Excellent protective packaging-not a stray mark on it! Set up was crazy easy! The gym is a very smooth-operating device. Have been using it for about a month now and it continues to amaze as to how it all works! Worth every nickel (no more pennies). Great product all around!

Delivery was fine, but no white glove service was offered by speediance or the shipper so I had to hire somebody else. Not a huge deal, but would've been simpler if it was all in one package. The machine has been great so far. If you would create an arm attachment that is like the tonal, I would buy it for the right price.

So far I've liked the work outs but I am disappointed with the lack of basic instructions. I had to google how to get back to volume/music/internet settings vs it being a part of the basic instructions included with the unit. Second disappointment was that I didn't realize the barbell came with the unit so I ordered one separately and have had to pay $30 in shipping to return it. I realize it was my mistake, but it seems that when fulfilling the order it would be apparent that it wasn't necessary and customer service could have reached out to me to clarify that it would be a duplicate.
I order on Dec 1st - It is now Dec 26th and I still have NOT received the unit. Be aware of customer service. IT AIN"T GOOD.
Perfect for a person in an apartment. Very sturdy and workout is as good as a gym.

Everything arrived good, and I love the product so far! One of the best investments you can make for yourself if you are a busy professional and it's hard for you to have a consistent workout routine with your workload. Now I have a complete setup at home.

I took a lot of time researching the three top gym mirror’s available, and Speediance Gym Monster kept coming out on top for several reason. For me, it was not having to have a subscription to use and able to adjust the cables from top to bottom, allowing for a full body workout. Additionally, it come assembled and so easy to move if you want to change the location. Doesn’t take a lot of room, well designed and loaded with all kinds of workout programs suited to your needs. The blue tooth finger adjuster and great! Plus it tracks everything and even monitors your lifting to make sure you are optimizing. It’s more affordable than the others, Speediance service was great and I am loving this machine! My girlfriend, who is a personal trainer, was skeptical when I told her about it, but when she tried it, she was very impressed and got a great workout. Love this machine and definitely recommend it for any home gym
