Source of Official Products: Official refurbished products are returned/exchanged goods, display units, or lightly defective products collected by the brand. These products are strictly tested, repaired, and refurbished with original parts, bringing them back to factory-standard condition.
Quality Standard: Performance and appearance close to new products, may have minor signs of use.


Warranty Period for Official Refurbished Products


Basic Warranty: 24 months for the whole product from the date of receipt, 12 months for accessories.
Extended Warranty Service: Extended warranty available for purchase (e.g., additional 1-year warranty).
Warranty Start: The warranty period begins from the user's receipt date, ending at 24:00 the day before the product exceeds the warranty period. If the receipt date cannot be provided, the warranty period will be confirmed based on the purchase invoice date, order date, or activation date.

Warranty Coverage for Official Refurbished Products


Free warranty service applies if the following conditions are met:

  1. The product was purchased through official Speediance channels;
  2. The product is used normally within the specified warranty period and shows no man-made performance faults;
  3. The product is for personal or family use, not commercial use (commercial use products are covered by commercial warranty policies);
  4. No unauthorized disassembly, modification, or additional installations that were not directed by official documentation;
  5. Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice, receipt) and product SN number provided.

Warranty service does not cover the following situations:

Speediance warranty policy does not apply to any non-Speediance branded hardware products or any software (even if sold or provided together with Speediance hardware). Speediance is not responsible for any damage caused by failure to comply with the usage instructions for Speediance products, nor for any data loss or damage caused by the product. The warranty does not cover the following situations:

  1. Damage caused by factors other than manufacturing, including but not limited to operational errors;
  2. Damage caused by modifications or disassembly not in accordance with official instructions;
  3. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals;
  4. Damage caused by unauthorized service providers;
  5. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications to the circuit, mismatched or misused batteries and chargers;
  6. Damage caused by failure to follow the training instructions in the manual;
  7. Damage caused by exposure to extreme environments, such as high temperatures or corrosive conditions;
  8. Damage caused by operating the product in environments with electromagnetic interference or other wireless device interference;
  9. Damage caused by operating the product beyond the initial strength specified in the manual;
  10. Damage caused by forced use due to aging or malfunctioning components;
  11. Damage caused by using unauthorized third-party parts due to reliability or compatibility issues;
  12. Damage caused by operating equipment with insufficient or defective batteries;
  13. Data loss or damage caused by failure to follow official instructions or manuals when operating the product;
  14. Any software programs, whether bundled with the product or subsequently installed;
  15. Direct or indirect damage caused by the installation or removal of the product, such as damage to other personal items, walls, or floors;
  16. Wear and tear, tearing, rust, and performance degradation caused by normal use of the product;
  17. Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, earthquake, power accidents, etc.;
  18. Damage caused by using the product for commercial purposes, such as in gyms, hotels, multi-residential buildings, or personal training studios;
  19. Failures or damage caused by third-party products, including products Speediance may integrate into Speediance products upon request;
  20. Damage caused by any non-Speediance technology or other support, such as issues related to “operating methods,” or inaccurate product setups and installations;
  21. Products or parts whose identification labels have been altered or removed;
  22. Appearance damage caused by non-manufacturing factors and non-transportation factors, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and plastic discoloration;
  23. Damage caused by intentional destruction or unauthorized modification of the product, or tampering with product operational data.

 

Return and Exchange Policy for Official Refurbished Products


Hassle-Free Returns: If a non-human caused quality issue occurs within 7 days after receipt, a free return or exchange is available.
Exceptions: Since official refurbished products are returned/exchanged goods, display units, or lightly defective products, there may be minor cosmetic imperfections (but no impact on functionality), therefore these products are not eligible for return or exchange without reason. Please do not purchase if you mind such imperfections.

Scope of Returns and Exchanges for Official Refurbished Products


Refund Conditions:

  1. Contact Speediance after-sales within 7 days after receiving the product and provide valid proof of purchase;
  2. Manufacturing defects or quality issues are found after unboxing, making the product unusable;
  3. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all original parts and accessories (missing accessories will result in corresponding charges);
  4. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, improperly packaged, or the packaging is incomplete, causing damage to the machine or accessories, Speediance will assess the loss and deduct the corresponding charges before processing the refund.

Refund Exclusions:

  1. Non-quality issues or no-reason return requests;
  2. Return or refund requests not made within 7 days of receiving the product;
  3. Products returned with damage that makes them unusable or unsellable;
  4. Faults or damages caused by misuse, unauthorized use, or modification of the product;
  5. Faults or damages caused by misuse, unauthorized use, or modification of the product;
  6. Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., fire, flood, storm, lightning);
  7. Damage during transportation but no proof of shipping damage;
  8. Products that have been activated or registered;
  9. Customized products based on user specifications;
  10. No valid proof of purchase or fraudulent proof;
  11. The serial number of the returned product does not match the original product, or product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks have been tampered with;
  12. The returned product does not match the original order (e.g., product model or configuration mismatch);
  13. Product not delivered after return confirmation from Speediance;
  14. No defects found after Speediance tests.

How to Obtain Return, Exchange, or Warranty Services

  1. To request a return or refund, contact Speediance after-sales within 7 days at after-sales@speediance.com;
  2. If the product cannot operate in accordance with the warranty terms during the warranty period, please contact Speediance after-sales at after-sales@speediance.com within 30 days of discovering the fault;
  3. In your email, provide the following information: order number, product SN, product name and quantity, machine fault or return reason, and product packaging images or videos;
  4. Speediance after-sales will review and process your request within two working days after receiving your email;
  5. Speediance will assess the returned product and process the refund according to the conditions outlined in the return policy.

Speediance Solutions

  1. When contacting Speediance support, please provide detailed information about the product issue;
  2. Speediance will attempt to resolve your issue via phone, email, online chat, or remote assistance. If needed, Speediance may suggest downloading specific software updates. If the issue persists, you may be asked to send the product for further evaluation. Speediance will cover costs for warranty repairs, including replacement parts and shipping fees if the issue is non-human caused;
  3. Speediance will provide free replacement parts for repairs during the warranty period (non-human caused). If in-home repairs are required, you can contact Speediance or an authorized dealer. However, the customer is responsible for additional fees such as labor, travel, and accommodation;
  4. Depending on the damage, Speediance may repair defective components or use equivalent refurbished products as replacements;
  5. Speediance may not offer after-sales services in certain regions, and service terms may vary. Extra fees will apply for services outside the standard scope. Contact Speediance after-sales for more information.

General Statement

  1. Speediance's limited warranty policy is only valid for the original purchaser, and the limited warranty will not transfer to any new owner if the product is sold. For products purchased as gifts, the limited warranty applies to the original app account associated with the product. Replaced products do not come with a new warranty but inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product and are covered under the same warranty terms.
  2. Speediance will diagnose returned products. If the defective product meets the criteria of the limited warranty policy, Speediance will cover the costs for replacement, repair, and return shipping.
  3. If Speediance determines that the fault or defect is not covered under the warranty policy, you can opt for paid repair services, and Speediance will provide a repair quote. Speediance will not begin repairs without your consent. If you do not agree to the repair quote, Speediance will return the product to you, and you may be responsible for shipping fees.
  4. As training time increases, friction between the resistance rope and machine pulley may cause wear, which is a normal wear-and-tear phenomenon, not a material or workmanship defect. For your training experience and safety, you should regularly check the condition of the resistance rope. If you notice the rope becoming thinner, cracked, frayed, or showing signs of damage, please stop training immediately and contact Speediance to replace the rope.                 Special Note: The resistance rope will naturally wear out during use, and checking and replacing the rope is part of regular maintenance. During the warranty period (non-human caused issues), Speediance will provide free replacement materials. However, you will need to replace the rope yourself. If you require in-home repairs, contact Speediance or an authorized dealer to request the service, but you will be responsible for labor, travel, and accommodation costs. Whether you replace the rope yourself or with a third-party service, you must fully understand the equipment's structure and consider the complexity of its design to avoid improper operation that could cause physical damage or safety hazards. You will be responsible for the risks and costs.
  5. Speediance does not provide global warranties. Customers can only receive warranty services at designated repair centers. However, customers can pay extra fees for cross-region repair services.
  6. If a customer from Region A wants to send their product to a repair center in Region B, Speediance’s consent must be obtained, and the customer is responsible for customs duties, clearance fees, etc.
  7. If you need to send your product to Speediance for repair, please contact Speediance for correct packaging methods. Follow Speediance’s standard packaging guidelines or use the original packaging. When shipping, ensure the product is securely packaged, and include the special labels or instructions provided by Speediance. Any damage caused by improper packaging, aside from standard packaging, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the original packaging is unavailable, any additional costs for using alternative packaging will be borne by you.
  8. If the product retains user-generated data, this data may be lost during the repair process. Please back up your data before sending the product for repair. Any data loss due to failure to back up before repair will be the customer’s responsibility.
  9. Before sending the product for repair, please remove any custom decorations or items from the product (including but not limited to decorative stickers, paintings, etc.). Speediance is not responsible for damage or loss of these custom items.
  10. For products that meet the warranty policy, if Speediance diagnoses the product as unrepairable or you choose not to proceed with the repair after being informed, Speediance will return the original product to the address you provided.
  11. Once the product repair is complete, Speediance will ship the product to the address you provided. If the shipping address is incomplete, Speediance will attempt to contact you to obtain the necessary information for delivery.
  12. If the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or if the recipient refuses the package, any resulting losses, including reshipping fees or returns, will be borne by the customer.
  13. Please sign for the product promptly upon delivery. If we are unable to contact the customer for an extended period or if the package is refused or returned due to the customer's fault, or if the after-sales order is left unpaid for a long time, Speediance will store the product for 90 days. After this period, we will charge storage fees starting from $30 per day. If the storage fees equal the remaining value of the product or the 90-day storage period ends, Speediance will dispose of the product according to applicable laws, possibly by auctioning it to cover the unpaid service fees. Speediance reserves the legal right to impose storage fees up to $30 per day.
  14. Please check the product's condition carefully when signing for it. If there are any defects, please contact Speediance after-sales within 24 hours of receipt; otherwise, the product will be considered intact and fully functional, and the issue will not be accepted after the deadline. For any questions regarding the after-sales policy, please contact Speediance after-sales.
  15. If you fail to follow official instructions or violate the product's user manual or use the product for illegal purposes, Speediance has the right to terminate warranty services.

Limitation of Liability

If the product falls within Speediance's warranty coverage, Speediance is only responsible for any loss or damage to the product while it is in its possession or during shipping (if Speediance is responsible for the shipping), but Speediance is not liable for any loss or disclosure of data stored in the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information. Speediance, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers are not liable for any damages caused by data loss, corruption, damage, or leakage, or for any special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings). Speediance's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product, and this does not apply to personal injury (including death), real property damage, or tangible personal property damage.
 

Warranty Limitations

Speediance does not assume any form of warranty except as specified in this limited warranty. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from the course of dealing, usage, or trade. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so you may have other rights, which vary depending on your jurisdiction.
 

Safety and Privacy

If you receive services under this policy, you authorize Speediance to store, use, and process your product usage information and contact details, including your name, phone number, address, email address, product usage data, training logs, etc. You agree and understand that Speediance needs to collect, process, and use your data to provide product warranty, product improvements, and customer service according to this policy. We may contact you to inquire about your satisfaction with our services or to inform you of any product recalls or safety issues. When you decide to request after-sales service, Speediance may ask for authorization to access, use, and process the training data stored in your product. If you refuse to grant such access, Speediance may not be able to provide some after-sales services. For these purposes, you authorize Speediance to transfer your information to any country or region where we operate and to entities acting on our behalf. Speediance may disclose your information if required by law, regulations, or relevant policies. Speediance’s privacy policy can be found on the company’s official website.
