I’m actually trying to sell my Speediance machine. It just wasn’t for me. I’m a one on one person not one on AI. It’s a good machine for somebody that likes that but I just I went back to a gym. Thank you. Good luck with your company.
Wellness+ is OK but needs some improvement. I’m able to have it BUILD workouts for me that are good. It does struggle with things like creating a PPL schedule because it doesn’t know the difference between push and pull muscles. It groups, arms, shoulders, chest, back, legs, hips, abs.. It would be nice if it understood the difference between pushing poor muscles and was able to build a PPL routine.
Generally positive experience but still hard to use and, is often the case with so called AI, hard to replicate results (same prompt gives slight different results). I tried to move my Wednesday workout to Thursday—wow what an experience. I still recommend it but it is very much a work in progress.
So far I really like the program. I told the AI my goals and it formulated a, so far, great workout schedule. After the workout you rate your effort so it can modify the difficulty as appropriate. I will definitely subscribe as the coaching feedback is nice.
The Ai personal system that comes with this plan is very good. You type in and tell it how you want to work out and it breaks it all down and create a personal work out plan for all your muscle groups. Very cool.
If this thing worked as intended it would be phenomenal. But the AI is a little finicky when setting up workouts. It is impossible to edit a day without completely changing the plan. And I’m not quite sure them exercises sent my way are meeting my goals.
I do enjoy the food section though. I can take a picture and the AI does a pretty good job identifying the dish and the nutrition
I’ve been using the Gym Monster 2 for about two weeks now, and I’m having a great time with it. The best part is its versatility. It’s also compact enough to fit in small rooms.
I’m looking forward to some improvements. For example, I’d like to see hooks added to set the bar during breaks. This would be a huge improvement, as it’s the most annoying part of the machine. Another thing I’d like to see is the ability to face the monitor backwards during some exercises. This would be ideal when you’re following the instructions. Lastly, I’ve found the finger gadget to be a bit useless. It may just take some time to get used to it.
One last but very important observation is related to Speediance customer service. They’ve been incredibly helpful, and I appreciate their assistance.
I hope this rig will last for many years!
This is the best the fact I can get on it anytime of day and get a legit workout. To be honest I think it’s better than the gym. I’d recommend this gym monster to anyone serious about changing your lifestyle
