Speediance cable machine attachments turn one all-in-one home gym into a full rack of training tools. Swap a triceps rope for adjustable cable machine handles, an ankle strap or a barbell in seconds — every attachment clips into the same digital-resistance cable system, so you change the movement, not the machine. Below: what each attachment unlocks, how to build your kit by training goal, and the fitment details worth checking before you add to cart.

Build your attachment kit by movement

Most home gym setups stall because of grip options, not resistance. These three groups of functional trainer attachments cover the pulling, pressing and lower-body patterns a cable machine can train.

Pull & back

Rows, pulldowns, pushdowns

  • Triceps Rope — heavy-duty rope for pushdowns and face pulls
  • PowerGrip — adjustable-resistance cable machine handles for pushdowns, seated rows, lat pulldowns and curls
  • Skiing Handles — ski-style pulling that loads arms, shoulders, back and core
Press & push

Bench, overhead, chest

Lower body & core

Glutes, legs, midline

  • Ankle Strap — padded cuff for kickbacks, abductions and leg curls
  • Exercise Belt — loaded squats, lunges and hip thrusts
  • Pilates Set — resistance-based core and flexibility work

Before you buy: fitment notes

A few accessories are model-specific. Check these before adding to cart.

  • The Angle Adapter comes in two versions — one for Gym Monster and one for Gym Monster 2. They are not interchangeable. Both now ship with the main unit, so you only need one as a spare or replacement.
  • Check your ring generation. The Bluetooth Ring Clip 2.0 is the replacement clip for the 2.0 ring — it is not the part for the Bluetooth Ring 3.0 Pack.
  • The Exercise Belt is sized 27.55–40.55 in at the waist — measure before ordering.
  • The Replacement Cable ships as a pair, with ball-shaped connectors included.
  • Speediance Care is chosen by model — separate coverage for Gym Monster and for Gym Monster 2 / 2S, in 3-year and 4-year plans.

Beyond attachments: round out the setup

The rest of the home gym accessories range covers what happens around the lift — cardio, control, storage and tracking.

Add cardio

AeroRow and AeroRow 2 bring aerobic rowing to the same frame, with a built-in training bench.

Train hands-free

The Bluetooth Ring 3.0 Pack adjusts digital weight mid-set, so you never break form to reach the screen.

Stay organized

The Accessories Dock keeps every attachment mounted and reachable instead of piled on the floor.

Track progress

The Smart Scale logs weight, body fat and muscle so strength gains show up in the data.

Cable machine accessories: common questions

What attachments do you need for a cable machine at home?

A starter set covers three grips: a handle such as PowerGrip for rows and curls, a triceps rope for pushdowns and face pulls, and an ankle strap for glute and leg work. Add a bench and a barbell once you want pressing patterns.

Are Speediance attachments compatible with every Speediance machine?

Most cable attachments share the same connector across the Speediance range. The exceptions are model-specific parts — the Angle Adapter, the Bluetooth Ring Clip and Speediance Care plans all come in version-matched options listed on each product page.

What makes PowerGrip different from a standard cable handle?

A standard cable machine handle is a fixed grip. PowerGrip adds adjustable resistance at the handle itself, so you can fine-tune load for triceps pushdowns, seated rows, lat pulldowns and biceps curls without changing the machine setting.

Do I need a bench for a cable home gym?

Not for standing work, but a bench roughly doubles the exercise library. The Incline Bench opens up incline press, supine raises and bent-over rows; the Flat Bench is the simpler, more compact option.

How many attachments should I start with?

Three to four covers a full-body program. Most owners begin with a handle, a triceps rope and an ankle strap, then add extension straps or a barbell as their program gets more specific.
