1. This policy may vary according to local laws and regulations. Speediance reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to interpret and modify this policy at its sole discretion at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to customers through public announcements on the official website or other appropriate channels.
   
2. If the actual condition of the returned product does not match the previously communicated information, Speediance reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to charge corresponding fees.
   
3. When returning a product for any reason, the customer must remove all personal information and customized settings from the product. Speediance assumes no responsibility for any potential disclosure of private information resulting from the customer’s failure to delete such information.
   
4. Speediance is committed to strictly protecting customers’ personal information in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations. Any personal information collected during the processing of return or exchange requests will be used solely for handling such requests.
   
5. This policy does not limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under the applicable laws of your country or region. The terms of this policy shall be enforced to the extent permitted by such applicable laws.
   

Return Policy

Return Conditions

This return policy applies to the following products purchased through the official Speediance store: Gym Pal, Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2, VeloNix, and related accessories. A return request may be submitted within 30 calendar days (starting from 00:00 on the day of delivery) if any of the following conditions are met:

• The product has no manufacturing defects and remains in resalable condition.
• A manufacturing defect is discovered upon unboxing that affects normal use.
  

Please Note:

1. Do not return any products before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions from Speediance. Any loss incurred as a result of unauthorized returns will be your responsibility.
   
2. You must return all accessories and attachments along with the main unit, and none of them should have any damage caused by human factors.
   
3. Products must be returned in their original packaging. If you cannot provide the original packaging, you will be responsible for any additional costs resulting from using alternative packaging.
   

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

1. Product malfunction or damage caused by violation of the product manual, unauthorized use, or modification.
   
2. The product is tested by Speediance and confirmed to have no quality defects.
   
3. Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning after the product has been signed for.
   
4. Damage occurring during transportation without valid proof of shipping damage.
   
5. Customized or personalized products made according to the customer’s request.
   
6. Failure to provide a valid purchase invoice or proof of purchase, or providing forged or altered documents.
   
7. The returned product’s serial number does not match the original product's, or product labels, serial numbers, or watermarks have been tampered with or falsified.
   
8. The returned product does not match the original order (e.g., different model or configuration).
   
9. The product is not shipped back within seven (7) days after Speediance issues a return confirmation.
   
10. Any other conditions that affect the product’s integrity and resale value.
    

Return Process

1. To request a return and refund, please contact after-sales@speediance.com within 30 calendar days from 00:00 on the day the product is delivered.
   
2. Please include the following information in your email: order number, product serial number, product name and quantity, reason for return, and photos or videos showing the complete product packaging.
   
3. Speediance will review your return and refund request within two (2) business days of receiving your email.
   
4. If your return request is approved, Speediance will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, a return label, and return instructions within seven (7) business days. Please follow the instructions carefully when returning the product.
   

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received, Speediance will inspect the product. If the inspection confirms that the product meets the conditions specified in this return and refund policy, the corresponding refund will be issued to the original payment method.The official start of the refund process is considered the date on which Speediance receives the returned product, completes the inspection and evaluation, and confirms the refund amount with you. From that date, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. (Please note that the actual time for the funds to appear in your account may vary slightly depending on the processing times of your bank or credit card issuer.)

Potential Deductions

1. Except for returns due to manufacturing defects, all costs related to packaging, labor, storage, transportation, and other logistics arising from returns for any other reason will be borne by the customer. These costs will be deducted in advance from the refund.
   

The following situations may result in additional deductions from the refund:

• Missing items in the returned package (including accessories, attachments, etc.);
• Damage to the returned product caused by human factors;
• Damage to the external packaging during return shipping due to non-original packaging;
• Any other conditions that affect the product’s resale value.

Note: Returns or exchanges arising from Speediance’s responsibility will have standard shipping costs covered by Speediance. Additional service fees, such as pickup and handling, are not included.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Conditions

This exchange policy applies to the following products purchased through the official Speediance store: Gym Pal, Gym Monster, Gym Monster 2, VeloNix, and related accessories. An exchange request may be submitted within 30 calendar days (starting from 00:00 on the day of delivery) if any of the following conditions are met:

• The product has no manufacturing defects and remains in resalable condition.
• A manufacturing defect or quality issue is discovered upon unboxing that affects normal use.
  
• The product was severely damaged during shipping, making it unusable, and valid proof of shipping damage is provided.
  

Please Note:

1. Do not return any product before receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions from Speediance. Any loss resulting from unauthorized returns will be your responsibility.
   
2. All accessories and attachments must be returned along with the main unit, and none of them should show signs of human-caused damage.

1. Shipping Coverage

Speediance currently ships to eligible regions in North America, Europe, Asia, and selected countries/regions where our logistics partners can provide delivery services.We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes
  
• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  
• Remote islands, mountainous areas, or other locations where regular delivery service is unavailable
  
• Any address that cannot be served by our shipping carriers
  

If your shipping address is located in an undeliverable area, we will contact you within 1 business day after your order is placed and provide one of the following options:

• Change to a deliverable address; or
  
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund
  

No additional fee will be charged if the order cannot be delivered due to Speediance’s shipping coverage limitations.

2. Shipping Fees and Delivery Service

For addresses within our standard delivery coverage, Speediance provides free door-to-door delivery based on our standard delivery service.For oversized or heavy items, our standard service is Threshold Delivery.Threshold Delivery means the order will be delivered to the entrance, doorstep, porch, or threshold of the shipping address only. It does not include indoor delivery, backyard delivery, upstairs delivery, unpacking, assembly, installation, or packaging removal.If you need additional services, such as Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, or any other special delivery arrangement, please contact our Support Team before placing your order.Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery, or other special services are not included in the standard free shipping service and require separate purchase and payment if available.Remote areas may incur additional remote delivery surcharges. If applicable, our Support Team will contact you before arranging shipment.Additional fees may also apply if delivery fails due to reasons caused by the recipient, including but not limited to missed delivery appointments, repeated delivery attempts, storage fees, or address change requests after shipment.

3. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

Product prices and shipping fees may not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other applicable taxes unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country or region.Speediance is not liable for delivery failure, return, delay, or additional costs caused by the buyer’s refusal or failure to pay applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.Under normal circumstances:

• Standard small and medium-sized items, such as yoga mats, resistance bands, and accessories under 50 lbs, are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
  
• Oversized or heavy items, such as all-in-one strength training machines weighing 50 lbs or above, are usually shipped within 2–4 business days.
  

During major promotional periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas shopping season, Prime Day, or other peak sales periods, order processing time may be extended.If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will do our best to notify you by email.

5. Delivery Methods and Carriers

Normally, customers cannot specify the shipping carrier or delivery service. If you have special delivery requirements, please contact our Support Team before placing your order.Depending on the actual logistics arrangement, small accessories may be shipped separately or together with the main machine by truck freight.Accessories and main machines may arrive in separate shipments. Please refer to your tracking information for the latest delivery status.Speediance may use different carriers depending on the destination country, product type, package size, and carrier availability.

Standard Small and Medium-Sized Items

Small and medium-sized items are usually shipped by parcel carriers.Examples of carriers include:

• United States: UPS, FedEx, USPS, Amazon Shipping, or other carriers

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

• Usually 2–7 business days after the order is shipped
  
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time
  

During major promotional periods, severe weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances, delivery time may be delayed.

Oversized or Heavy Items

Oversized or heavy items are usually shipped by truck freight or LTL freight service.Examples of carriers include:

• United States: CEVA or other freight carriers
  
• Europe: DHL Freight or other freight carriers
  
• Canada: Day & Ross or other freight carriers
  
• Japan: Yamato Transport or other carriers
  
• Saudi Arabia: SMSA or other carriers

Speediance may adjust or replace the carrier without reducing the overall service quality.Estimated delivery time after shipment:

• Usually 3–12 business days after the order is shipped
  
• Remote areas may require additional delivery time
  

During major promotional periods, severe weather, strikes, carrier disruptions, or other unexpected circumstances, delivery time may be delayed.Standard freight delivery includes:

• LTL truck freight basic delivery service
  
• Threshold Delivery only
  
• Delivery to the entrance, doorstep, porch, or threshold of the shipping address
  
• No indoor delivery, backyard delivery, upstairs delivery, unpacking, assembly, installation, or packaging removal
  
• Online tracking where available
  
• Delivery appointment by phone, email, or SMS under normal circumstances
  

Please pay close attention to calls, emails, or text messages from the carrier to schedule your delivery appointment.Due to the high value of oversized products, the recipient may be required to sign for delivery. If there is any visible damage or abnormal condition upon delivery, please communicate with the driver immediately and contact Speediance Support as soon as possible.

6. Optional Paid Delivery Services

The following services are optional paid services and are not included in the standard free shipping service. Availability may vary by country, region, carrier, and order type. Please contact our Support Team before placing your order if you need these services.

Inside Delivery

Inside Delivery generally means moving the package into the first floor of the home, garage, or another accessible indoor area. It usually does not include upstairs delivery.Estimated service fees:

• United States / Canada / Japan: approximately USD 100–300 per item
  
• Europe: approximately USD 600 per item
  
• Saudi Arabia / United Arab Emirates: please contact us for a quote
  
• Remote areas or other special services: please contact us for a quote
  

White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery generally includes room-of-choice delivery, pallet removal, and assembly; packaging removal may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.Estimated service fees:

• United States / Canada / Japan: approximately USD 200–400 per item
  
• Europe: approximately USD 600 per item
  
• Saudi Arabia / United Arab Emirates: please contact us for a quote
  
• Remote areas or other special services: please contact us for a quote
  

Actual fees and availability are subject to confirmation by Speediance and the carrier.

7. Shipping Address

Please make sure that the name, shipping address, phone number, email address, and other contact details you provide when placing an order are accurate and complete.Before making payment, please carefully verify your shipping address.If you entered an incorrect address, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible.Before shipment, we may be able to update your shipping address free of charge. However, due to system processing time between warehouses, carriers, and order platforms, changes are not guaranteed.Once the order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot usually be changed. If an address change is possible after shipment, additional address change fees, return shipping fees, storage fees, or other costs may apply.The buyer is responsible for any risks, delays, and costs associated with changing the shipping address after the order has been shipped.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before shipment.If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation is generally free of charge.If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may result in return shipping fees, address change fees, storage fees, or other logistics-related charges. These fees may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

9. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking number to the recipient’s email address within 24 hours.You can track your order through:

• The carrier’s official tracking website
  

For certain special freight services, online tracking may not be available or may not update in real time. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact Speediance Support.

10. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather conditions
  
• Natural disasters
  
• Carrier delays
  
• Customs clearance delays
  
• Strikes or labor disruptions
  
• Peak season congestion
  
• Remote area delivery limitations
  
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  
• Missed delivery appointments by the recipient
  

In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated on the status of your shipment.

11. Delivery Inspection and Damaged Packages

Important: Please inspect the package carefully before signing for delivery, especially for oversized or heavy items.If the outer packaging is slightly damaged or deformed but the product appears to be intact:

• Please take clear photos or videos of the package damage
  
• Make sure the order number or tracking number is visible where possible
  
• Note the damage details on the delivery receipt before signing
  
• Contact Speediance Support if you have concerns
  

If the outer packaging is severely damaged and the product is also damaged:

• You may refuse the delivery
  
• Please take clear photos or videos showing the damage
  
• Contact Speediance Support immediately
  
• After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund where applicable
  

If the outer packaging is severely damaged but the product appears to be intact:

• Please take clear photos or videos of the package
  
• Make sure the order number or tracking number is visible where possible
  
• Note the damage details on the delivery receipt before signing
  
• Contact Speediance Support immediately
  

If hidden damage is found after signing for delivery:

• Please contact Speediance Support within 48 hours of receiving the package
  
• Provide clear photos or videos of the product damage, packaging, order number, and tracking number
  

Failure to report shipping damage within the required time may affect your ability to receive compensation, replacement, or refund.

12. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first to confirm the delivery details.If the issue remains unresolved, please contact Speediance Support with your order number and tracking number.Speediance will assist you in filing an investigation with the carrier where applicable. Final resolution may depend on the carrier’s investigation result.

13. Compensation for Shipping Damage or Loss

Speediance is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping due to carrier-related issues, recipient-related issues, incorrect shipping information, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to follow the delivery inspection instructions.However, if your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:after-sales@speediance.comPlease include:

Limited Warranty

Speediance provides no warranties other than those expressly stated in this Limited Warranty. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, as well as any warranties arising from trade, usage, or course of dealing.

1. Within the scope of this warranty, Speediance is only responsible for loss or damage to the product that occurs while it is in Speediance’s custody or during transportation for which Speediance is responsible.
   
2. Speediance is not liable for any loss or disclosure of data stored in the product, including confidential, proprietary, or personal information.
   
3. Speediance, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from data corruption, loss, damage, or disclosure, nor for any special, incidental, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings).
   
4. By accepting Speediance’s warranty service, you agree that Speediance’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product, except where personal injury (including death) or property damage is caused solely by Speediance’s actions, in which case Speediance shall be liable in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations (you agree to waive any punitive penalties imposed on Speediance under local consumer protection laws in such cases). Where personal injury or property damage is caused jointly by Speediance and you or any third party, you bear the burden of proof regarding causation, and Speediance shall assume corresponding liability within the scope of applicable law (you agree to waive any punitive penalties imposed on Speediance under local consumer protection laws in such cases). The limitation of Speediance’s total liability to the amount paid for the product does not apply to cases involving personal injury (including death), real property damage, or tangible personal property.
   

This warranty does not affect your legal rights under the laws of your country or region. The terms specified in this warranty shall be enforced to the extent permitted by the laws of your country or region. If the warranty period provided herein is shorter than the minimum period required by applicable laws, the local laws and regulations shall prevail.

Warranty Coverage

You are eligible for limited warranty service if the following conditions are met:

1. The Speediance product was purchased from official Speediance channels or authorized distributors.
   
2. The product experiences a performance failure caused by non-human factors within the specified warranty period.
   
3. The product was purchased for personal or household use. (Products purchased for commercial purposes require a separate purchase agreement and warranty terms with Speediance.)
   
4. A valid proof of purchase (such as an order number, invoice, or receipt) and the product serial number must be provided.
   
5. The customer needs to contact the after-sales service team at after-sales@speediance.com within 30 days of discovering the fault and immediately stop using the product to prevent further damage.
   

Services not covered under this Limited Warranty may incur additional charges. For details, please refer to “How to Obtain Warranty Service.”

How to Obtain Warranty Service

1. Contact Speediance After-Sales Support When contacting Speediance after-sales service, please provide a clear description of the issue with your product.
   
2. Initial Troubleshooting Speediance will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue via phone, email, online chat, or remote assistance. In some cases, Speediance may recommend downloading and installing specific software updates. If these measures do not resolve the issue, you may be asked to return the product to Speediance for further evaluation.
   Upon inspection, if a performance failure caused by non-human factors is confirmed within the warranty period, Speediance will cover the costs of replacement, repair, and round-trip shipping. Please note that additional service fees, such as pickup and handling, are not included.
   If the product is found to be ineligible for free warranty service, or if the product is damaged during transportation due to the customer’s choice of a non-Speediance-designated carrier, Speediance will charge applicable inspection fees, repair fees (including labor costs), shipping fees, and taxes based on the inspection results. You may choose to proceed with paid repair or have the original product returned. The cost of return shipping for the original product will be borne by you.
3. On-Site Repair Service During the warranty period (for defects caused solely by Speediance product quality issues and not by human factors), Speediance will provide free replacement parts. If you require on-site repair, you may contact Speediance or an authorized distributor to request this service. However, labor costs, accommodation fees (if the one-way distance to the service center or sales point exceeds 150 km), transportation costs, and additional stair-moving fees will be at your expense.
   
4. Repair and Replacement Options Depending on the nature of the damage, Speediance may provide repair services, including repairing defective parts or replacing them with refurbished parts of the same type. These refurbished items are tested to ensure their functionality and appearance are comparable to new items. Any replaced parts may have different serial numbers. The repaired or replaced product or parts will be covered under the same warranty terms as the original product for the remainder of the warranty period.
   
5. Service Availability and Regional Variations Speediance may not provide after-sales services in certain regions, and after-sales service policies may vary by location. For services beyond the standard coverage, additional fees will apply. For local information, please contact Speediance after-sales support.
   

Warranty Period

The valid warranty period begins at 00:00 on the date the product is delivered and ends at 24:00 on the day before the warranty period expires.If the exact delivery date can not be provided, the warranty period will be determined based on the date stated on the valid purchase invoice or the order date.If no valid purchase invoice, other proof of purchase, or order information can be provided, the warranty period will start 30 calendar days after the product’s manufacturing date.Any parts replaced within the warranty period will become the property of Speediance, while parts replaced outside the warranty period will remain the property of the customer.

Replacement Parts WarrantyWarranty Repairs: Replacement parts installed under warranty are covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original product warranty period, whichever is longer.

Customer-Paid Replacement Parts: Replacement parts purchased through our service channels are covered for 3 months from the date of delivery.

Notes:For the purposes of this policy, "Customer-Paid Replacement Parts" refers to replacement parts purchased through our authorized service channels. It does not include replacement parts purchased separately through our official website. Replacement parts purchased separately through our official website are covered by the standard warranty applicable to that product. This warranty is a commercial guarantee and does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the applicable consumer protection laws of your country or region of purchase.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following situations are not covered under this Limited Warranty:

1. Damage caused by non-manufacturing factors, including but not limited to improper installation, use, or disassembly, or failure to follow official instructions or manuals.
   
2. Direct or indirect damage caused by improper installation or disassembly of the product, such as damage to other personal belongings, walls, or floors.
   
3. Wear and tear, metal corrosion, performance degradation, or cosmetic damage (including but not limited to scratches, dents, and plastic discoloration) resulting from normal use or causes unrelated to manufacturing or transportation.
   
4. Damage caused by forced training due to aging or part failure.
   
5. Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, servicing, or technical support not provided by Speediance (such as improper third-party operations, product settings, or installation).
   
6. Damage caused by unauthorized circuit modifications, incorrect use of chargers or external power sources, or operating the product with insufficient or defective batteries.
   
7. Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues with unauthorized third-party parts.
   
8. Damage resulting from intentional harm to the product or unauthorized modifications (including tampering with product operating data).
   
9. Damage caused by exposure to extreme environments, such as high temperatures or corrosive conditions.
   
10. Damage caused by operating the product in environments with electromagnetic interference or interference from other wireless devices.
    
11. Damage caused by force majeure events such as fire, flood, earthquake, or electrical accidents.
    
12. Damage caused by using a non-commercial product for commercial purposes, such as in gyms, hotels, multi-unit residential facilities, or personal training studios.
    
13. Malfunction or damage of any third-party products, including those integrated into Speediance products upon request.
    
14. Any software programs, whether pre-installed with the product or installed later.
    
15. Products or parts with altered or removed identification labels.
    
16. Damage caused by improper storage, transportation, or handling (such as fire, water immersion, lightning strikes, etc.) during the product’s storage, transport, or use.
    

Warranty Statements

1. Non-Transferable Warranty The Speediance Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser. If the product is resold, the Limited Warranty will not transfer to the new owner. For products purchased as gifts, the Limited Warranty applies to the owner of the original application account associated with the product. Replacement products do not come with a new warranty; instead, they inherit the remaining warranty period of the original product and are covered under the same terms.
   
2. Product Diagnostics Returned products will be diagnosed by Speediance. If the defective product is covered under this Limited Warranty, the costs of replacement, repair, and round-trip shipping will be borne by Speediance.
   
3. Normal Wear and Tear With increased training usage, resistance cables and pulleys may wear out due to long-term friction. This is considered normal wear and tear, not a defect in materials or workmanship. For training experience and safety, regular inspections of the resistance cables are required. If any abnormalities such as thinning, cracks, fraying, or severe wear are observed, training should be stopped immediately and Speediance should be contacted for cable replacement. Inspection and replacement of cables are considered part of routine maintenance. During the warranty period (for non-human factors), Speediance provides free replacement materials; however, the cable must be replaced by the owner. If on-site service is required, Speediance or an authorized distributor may be contacted, but labor, travel, and accommodation costs (if the one-way distance to the service center or sales point exceeds 150 km) will be borne by the requester. Whether replaced personally or through a third party, full understanding of the equipment’s structure and complexity is required to avoid physical damage and safety hazards. All associated risks and costs will be assumed by the requester.
   
4. No Global Warranty Speediance does not provide global warranty coverage. Warranty services are available only at designated service centers. However, cross-regional repair services may be provided at additional cost.
   
5. Cross-Regional Repairs If a product purchased in Region A is requested to be serviced in Region B, prior approval from Speediance must be obtained. All associated costs, including customs duties, clearance fees, transportation, and storage, will be borne by the requester.
   
6. Proper Packaging If a product needs to be returned to Speediance for repair, Speediance must be contacted for the correct packaging method. The product should be packaged according to Speediance’s standard packaging guidelines or in its original packaging. Before shipping, a safety check must be performed to ensure packaging integrity, and any special labels or instructions provided by Speediance must be attached. Damage caused by improper packaging will be the responsibility of the sender. If the original packaging is unavailable, any additional costs incurred from alternative packaging will be borne by the sender.
   
7. Data Backup If the product contains user-generated data, such data may be lost during the repair process. Therefore, data backup should be completed before sending the product for service. Any data loss resulting from failure to back up data prior to repair will be the responsibility of the sender.
   
8. Removal of Custom Decorations All custom decorations or items (including but not limited to decorative stickers, artwork, etc.) should be removed from the product before it is sent for service. Speediance will not be liable for any damage to or loss of such custom decorations or items.
   
9. Post-Repair Shipping If the provided delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or delivery is refused, any resulting loss or expenses—including reshipment or return shipping fees, handling fees, and storage fees—will be borne by the requester.
   
10. Timely Receipt of Returned Products Speediance will store products free of charge for 30 days under the following conditions:
    Contact cannot be established using the registered information;
    Delivery by the logistics provider fails;
    Outstanding after-sales service fees have not been paid. After the free storage period ends, a storage fee of USD $30 per day will apply. Prior consent is deemed given and authorization granted for Speediance to dispose of the product in accordance with applicable laws once the storage fee equals the remaining product value or after 90 days of paid storage. Disposal may include auctioning or selling the product to cover outstanding service charges (including storage fees). Speediance reserves all statutory and contractual rights to recover unpaid fees, including the daily storage charge of up to USD $30.
    
11. Inspection upon Receipt Upon receipt, the product must be inspected for any defects or damage. If any defects or damage are found, Speediance after-sales service must be contacted within 24 hours (or within the period required by local laws). Otherwise, the product will be deemed free of defects. For any inquiries regarding after-sales service policies, please contact Speediance after-sales support.
    
12. Warranty Termination Speediance reserves the right to terminate warranty service if the product is used in violation of official instructions or the user manual, or if it is used for illegal purposes.
    

NOTE

This warranty policy may vary according to local laws and regulations. Any provisions that conflict with mandatory local laws shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Speediance reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to interpret and modify this warranty policy at its sole discretion at any time.
